Balcony Story
I happened to be downtown a few years ago and saw a crowd gathered in front of an apartment/condo building.
I joined the crowd and noticed there was a naked woman who seem to be in mental/emotional distress on the balcony about 4-5 stories up. What was disturbing is that some in the crowd were yelling "jump!", "jump!".
No, she didn't jump and someone pulled her back inside the building.
