Interesting topic. Most people I know (besides the Mrs.) don't go topless.
Many years ago, before the digital era we were visiting friends. Their daughter (probably around 24-25 at that time) just came back from a summer holiday to Mallorca or something like that and she showed us their "vacation album", and at the very end it showed 2 topless pictures. That was quite the sight!
Her mom was clearly not amused by the fact that her daughter had pictures like that.
