I am a huge fan of this! When I lived in Southern California, I used to go to Blacks Beach fairly often, and would sometimes chill in the parking lot, waiting for an attractive woman (preferably a group, more often as part of a couple) to start heading down the trail from cliff to beach. I'd follow, spending the entire hike, thinking about how she/they might look when naked. Then I'd select a spot not far from where they set up camp, and enjoy watching them undress. So exciting!

Conceptually very exciting, much more challenging to find in the wild, though. First, it's a small minority of the beach goers, and second, it's hard to know whether they are really first timers or even nervous/reluctant. I have a few times had the pleasure of accompanying women on their first trip to a nude beach. It is definitely a lot of fun seeing them get up their nerve to strip down, though most are pretty ready to do it when they get there anyway.
Sometimes I'll see a group that is not naked for a while, then eventually does strip down, or at least transition to toplessness. That is definitely an awesome thing to witness, especially if different group members decide to take the plunge at different points in the excursion. I once saw a group of young people, probably teenagers, perhaps even underage, though certainly somewhere along that murky line. Nobody was naked, but one of the girls was topless. There was another girl who was very flirtatious with the guys in the group, who kept egging her on to remove her top. She eventually flashed them (and me, since I was sitting in the right spot). Then a few minutes later, she did just take her top off and remain that way. Great memory!
