I think it depends on the nature of the photos. If a bridal party does boudoir style photography I can’t imagine the bride doesn’t realize her groom will be checking out the bridesmaids in the photos. It’s likely an excuse for a group of girlfriends to have such photography done. Typically bridal parties are at an age of “this is the best we’ll ever look” and want their sexiness documented. So yes in a way I think the gals want men to see them in sexy photos.
As for the mooning shots. I think those are intended to be cheeky (pun intended) and fun. One of those instances where a woman thinks a situation is funny or nonsexual but we men are actually very aroused by.
