To be honest, if I were cop and somebody called and reported a voyeur, I would expect it was the young naked couple. And based your description, it did not look like there were many naked people...
And I am still curious about your wife's attitude towards nudity. You said that you are going to nude beaches regularly and she has no problem with being open-leg on the beach. What if she speaks with clothed people? Like the cops. Or you probably must interact with clothed beach vendors time to time. Does she remain spread wide while talking to them, or does she put her legs together? Or does she even tease them time to time?
Is your wife the type of nudist who does not care that guys are looking at her, or is it interesting (or maybe exciting) for her? And what about you? Do you encourage her to exposing herself?
