A few of our friends had babies recently, when we visited nobody used a cover or anything, they got one boob out and the baby started sucking. No big deal for anyone.
They also never covered up in public or at parties.
But one mom stands out.
We visited her, her husband and her newborn baby. Right after hugging her my wife said "wow kate your boobies are really big and so soft! I want another hug! Finally when the baby wanted to drink again she removed her shirt and bra in one move and was sitting topless right next to us. Her husband looked a bit surprised at first but then he seemed to enjoy that her tits were on display for us.
