This was back in the late 70's, our office was moving to a larger facility, my boss put me in charge of getting all of the records, files etc. packed into banker boxes on Saturday, ready for the movers on Sunday. My sister was having a BBQ and pool party on Saturday, I told her that I wouldn't be able to make it. She asked me if I had a packing crew ready, I did, she said her daughter, my niece's sorority was doing fundraisers for a charity, they might be interested.
I called my niece, she and some of her sorority sisters came to the office, I explained the job and the pay, they were on it. I also explained that the AC would be off on Saturday. I was impressed, they did a walk through, estimated the number of boxes, I gave them the money to buy them. On Saturday morning they were ready, they did a great job of packing, labeling, staging the boxes. The best part was a dozen young ladies in shorts and T-shirts, no bras, hot and sweaty, leaning over packing and moving boxes.
They did such a good job I got the company to double the pay to donate to their charity. I made the pool party, so did all of her friends.
