First of all, it is hot and a big step to share photos. Only you (and your wife) can judge if sharing pics with the single friend, and knowing he will be masturbating to her, is enough of a payback.
I know when I share with my friends, I get more of a charge knowing my friends see her naked (and masturbate) than seeing their wives.
Knowing they exposed their wife to you, does equalize risk and investment, but I get the thrill in me sharing. I love to hear them tell me what they want to do to her.
I think also, we are on the path to hopefully sharing sexually.
