This post thread was almost entirely updated/maintained by Lonmol. It appears that he's taking a break (or may have just decided to stop posting). So for the time being, someone else will have to find and post things to keep this thread alive.
Also, there's over 250 pages in this thread, so there is a ton of existing material to (re)discover.
