I am not aware of such an app. I'm not an expert in apps, but I imagine that even if someone had created one, that Google might not allow it on their Play store.

The only possible (long shot) workarounds I can think of are:
- seeing if you can copy the file to a PC - if you can find it on the phone. And also if there isn't some DRM encryption key stopping you.
- seeing if you can stream it to VLC media player (on a PC) and then record it.
