Ok, cool. After there weren't any comments for a couple of days, I really didn't think that there was any interest in this thread so I was going to let it die. I'll work on splitting the rest and getting rid of some (but not all) of the small talk - there's no way in heck I'm going to post the full two hours as it'd take forever.
