Pimeyes is the GOAT
I know there is a cost and its expensive but IMO Pimeyes is the best overall tool for searches. I’ve used Yandex, Tineye and several others, but based on the subscription I have had for a week, Pimeyes gives the best overall results.
Pro tip: You use photo A and find photo B. Perform a search on photo B because it can at times give additional results not found via photo A.
