Meaning: When your father has SEX with your friends mother, by the fact that you friend came out of the same Hole makes him your Eskimo Uncle!
(Not sure how they come up with this stuff?)
Example: This father went on the side to have SEX with his son's best friends mom, but got caught by them and a group calling out to his Eskimo Uncle to take more pics!
