She often watched one you may remember called How to Look Good Naked. This was a makeover/fashion type show for women with a twist. The ordinary women featured were expected to pose naked for a professional photographer to demonstrate their newly acquired confidence. However, the women usualy did tame hidden nudity in front the camera.
One time, I was with my wife while she was watching the programme.. She said to me that the show was a fraud. I wondered what she meant, so she explained. "The women weren't really naked because the most they ever showed was their bums."
That had seemed perfectly reasonable to me, but not to my wife. She thought they weren't delivering what the show's name seemed to promise. Her view was that anything less than full frontal nudity by the women appearing was a cop out.
Later, we saw another show, The Naked Office that did feature explicit nudity. The premise of that show was to have a group of people spend an entire working day naked. It was claimed that this would bond them as a team and lead to better productivity.
The episode we watched featured a small services company of about six people. The business was owned by a husband and wife management team. Everything went according to plan, except the wife chickened out on naked day. She refused to strip off when her colleagues all got naked. Even the young receptionist took off all her clothes. I guess the wife, who was quite fit and in her thirties, would have been the one most men watching would have liked to see naked.
My wife thought the woman boss who wouldn't get naked with her employees was a wimp. She said to me, "I would have no problem doing it for our business."
That sounded like big talk for a woman in her late forties. Yet soon after, my wife proved she wasn't bullshitting. She posed fully nude for a body positivity type photographic project.
