One of the reasons breasts look like that is from breast-feeding. They engorge with milk and nourish a young life. When they stop producing milk, over time they get that longer, less full, stretch mark look.
In my view, that look is a badge of honor.
It's so sad that women see that as such a downside that they feel they need to get a "mommy makeover"

I would say these are the kind of tits that touch the belly button when a woman slouches. They remind me of my wife’s floppy boobs.
