This must be fifty years ago. I was about 13 or 14. I knocked on the door of my friend across the road and he answered. From inside called out his mum “is that Robert? Don’t come in just now, I’m not properly dressed.”
That kept my imagination going for a long time. Before the internet, good material was hard to come by!
