It is now called Naked Hands Spa near Alexandra Palace, but at the time it was called Elixir. Unfortunately it seems to have gone out of business recently.
There's also Rio's in Kentish Town, but that's more of a swinger's venue where there is less nudity in the main areas and it can be a bit of a sausage fest.
