I think we're veering a bit away from what the OP intended...it's all good though...
But that "style" of non-sexual nudity can easily be found at nudist resort events/activities. For example my resort has co-ed naked Yoga outdoors. The level of "exposure" is obviously very high (especially during "Down Dog), yet there are plenty of women participating; so it's easy to blend in and not feel singled-out. Even if a woman was aroused from having her naked butt "up in the air" and her vulva visible to anyone around, the deniability is very plausible due to the non-sexual nature of the activity.
On a side note my wife enjoys Yoga IRW but won't do it at the resort. She finds it "too exposed." Which is slightly ironic since she'll jump on a paddle-board and straddle it, with her vulva being clearly visible. She says her issue is "distance" and the people around her would be able to see her vulva "too up close."
But I digress...
