As someone who lived in the Osaka area from 1994-1999, I miss Gilgamesh Night. It appeared on TV Tokyo around 1am Saturday night-Sunday morning. I watched it for a year or so before I moved somewhere else in Osaka and got a girlfriend. This was definitely the golden age of Japanese TV.
