SF nudist activist got a 'green light' to open a naked store. Then it went 'flashing yellow.'

First reported by Broke-Ass Stuart, a Craigslist ad posted Monday in the jobs section advertised a unique business opportunity: running a store that sells exclusively banned books, staffed by unclothed employees. The ad specifically seeks a female CEO who is “fit, ambitious, able to manage people and give media interviews, delegate work, and make business deals.” It states that the lease at a “prime Union Square location” would run from Aug. 1 to Dec. 13, later continuing that “the Union Square location is in the San Francisco Centre, think Nordstrom.” The project would be part of a broader collection of businesses in the space that market to underserved San Francisco subcultures related to “Burning Man, Leather, BDSM, Fetish, and LGBT+,” according to the ad.
