From the French crime drama/detective show "Tropiques criminels" ("Deadly Tropics"). I'm not entirely certain what's going on here, but I can make some educated guesses. It seems that Beatrice de La Boulaye, one of the lead actresses of the series, has had to go undercover at some sort of nudist (or semi-nudist) commune (featuring lots of toplessness from a bunch of extras), which requires her to be topless as well. She seems comfortable with this, until two co-workers, Sonia Rolland (the other lead actress of the series, also topless, but covering) and some guy, show up, who Beatrice is shocked to see. They take her down to the beach to consult with her. It's there that she gets embarrassed about being topless in front of people that she knows and covers up. Don't know how accurate my guess is, but maybe one of our French-speaking members can let us know what's really going on in these scenes.
As far as I can tell, this is Beatrice's debut nude scene, at 43 years old, in the fifth season premiere of a show that had never previously required her to do any nudity (
with the exception of a sex scene that had a bit of side boob but no real exposure).
