There are quite a lot of spectators on the sidelines. Once you get to the Hayes Hill area and beyond. There are also a lot of of house parties going on. Assuming you start the race already naked. By the time you get to the finish line you would have been seen by thousands and thousands of people. I just don't think most content creators are up for the challenge.
