So because he need access to her bum, she was lying on the examine table with her entire back side exposed. When he put his finger into her bum, he (and I) both saw her pussy lips when he parted her bum cheeks for the brief 1 or 2 seconds it took him.
From that moment on, I have had a strong desire to show off my girlfriend (now wife) naked my entire life. Literally a life changing event for me. I often wonder why that was such a trigger.
