The pictures are all from "Alice's Naked Summer (Part 1)" (while I've seen pictures of a cover for part 2, I've yet to find the video): see gofile.io/d/khqWin . As to where to purchase, I couldn't say, nor whether video quality would be better than the 480p in the linked version. I do have videos of some other titles of Simonds films, generally in 480p...
