I wonder if this was the Hotel Algarb or the night club associated with it, in Playa den Bossa. I stayed in it one time in the early 2000s and it was mostly Germans (I'm a Brit) but I noticed the club next door advertised wet t-shirt and drinking games. On the nights it was scheduled I had other plans though so never made it along
