Maybe alcohol can help loosen up your dad and make your wife's plans work. Fun activities such as playing semi naked twister or giving each other a massage can get your dad used to skin ship.
Another idea is for your wife to pretend she slipped while doing nudist activities outside the house. With the excuse that in urgent circumstances, your wife can ask your dad to carry her back home. In an emergency situation, even if your wife is naked, your father will inevitably carry your wife. But you have to hide, so that only your father can be asked for help.
