Interesting question. Never considered it before, but since you asked, I've given it some thought.
Speaking solely for myself of course, my attitude is that as long as they were still alive when the photo/video was taken, which is almost always the case, I have no guilt whatsoever enjoying someone's nudes if they've since passed on. They were alive & well and enjoying, in most cases, the experience of being sexy at the time, so why shouldn't that be enjoyed in perpetuity?
I feel weird only when I'm enjoying scenes taken from movies where the scene is in a morgue/medical examiner's office and the body in question is already "deceased". This disqualifies a great number of horror scenes where a nude female is in the process of being "killed", a-la Friday the 13th. Another exception is made for movies where the girl is reanimated somehow after death. An obvious example would be Linnea Quigley in Return of the Living Dead. Another would be Christina Ricci in After.Life. Don't feel weird about those.
But if her character is dead and she's portraying herself as "dead"? Yeah, that makes me feel a little off. There was a movie with Alyssa Milano about 15 someodd years or so ago where her character had died and they showed scenes of her "autopsy", complete with full frontal views from above the table. Needless to say, having lusted after her for decades (she's like 2yrs older than me so I pretty much grew up with her), the chance to finally see her in her entirety beyond Embrace of the Vampire was really fulfilling while still odd in a way.
Thing is, I was amazed at how detailed and realistic the "cutting" scenes were. It's like "how did they do the prosthetics for this scene so that it doesn't look like makeup on her torso, it really looks like there's legitimate depth underneath those "cuts". That was a big contributor, I think, to why I felt weird enjoying that. I mean, I knew Alyssa Milano was still alive & well, so it wasn't a real, legit autopsy. But still... Then I found out that the props dept for the film had made a life-sized, fully detailed rendering of Alyssa's entire body, complete with internal organs, designed to be "autopsied". So essentially I was fapping to a RealDoll. And I'm sure Ms. Milano herself was relieved to not have to pose fully nude for the movie.
But even though it gives me weird feelings enjoying nudity in that context, it's still nudity, so it's not a deterrent.
Something to consider: if this were a major thing for people, an entire genre of porn (Vintage) would disappear. I've enjoyed porn filmed in the 40's & 50's at times, and I'm fairly certain the vast majority of the performers there are no longer alive.
