We stayed at a condo a few years ago that had the same set up. Not frosted glass but at night with the lights on inside the railing became a mirror into the next door condo.
Because it was hot Hawaiian evenings and we were all on vacation people walk around half naked most times.
I watched a young couple most nights and caught them watching us a couple nights as well. I made sure we put on a show equal to theirs when I knew they were there.
