My reaction to my wife was two-fold.
One the one hand she had long nipples on top of her smallish tits, which I've always liked.
On the other hand, she has labia hypertrophy (big pussy lips) which I'd actually never seen (in person) before. So I was taken aback (I remember thinking: "Damn...that's a lot of meat...")
Obviously I got used to it; and it's actually a good look for her.
