Very happy to hear your wife sent an accidental picture to your dad that is so awesome - even more awesome that he saved it! Since she loves the fact that he saved it I hope she’ll consider sending him more fun and playful exposing pictures or videos in the future! Have you thought about “pranking” your wife while she’s naked in the shower or around the house and sending that to your brother or dad? The excuse being that it’s funny while showing off her young naked body!
