I was always a boob guy. My go to was C cups or larger with big pointy nipples. My wife of 35+ years falls into this category. Unfortunately, she was diagnosed with breast cancer about 15 years ago and had double mastectomies. This meant removal of not only the mammary glands, but the nipples as well. She got implants, which means she has the nice, firm boobs of a 20 year old but no nipples. So the sight of nipples in any form turn me on. The outline in a bathing suit or thin top, the occasional downblouse you get in public.

I may be almost 65, but I’m not dead yet!

A friend had to have a double mas, a plastic surgeon recommended a tattoo artist who drew in some very real looking nipples, you might look into that.
