Yeah, sorry about that. Windows MovieMaker automatically determines the bit rate depending on the file size that you want and the duration of the clip; I try to get them close, but it doesn't always work.
I'd suggest either using windows movie maker to join them or if you don't have that and no one else can help out in this thread, post the question in the Support and Feedback section.
