Don't "they" say that something extreme like 50% of babies born aren't the dads' who think they are?

Perhaps it depends where you live. I know in the US this was one talking point for requiring paternity tests for every baby born. But that was a long time ago, and the idea has died off in time. Only those of us who are old enough might even remember this.
