It was captured on an iPhone since it has the default Profile ID of Apple hidden in its metadata. This probably means that it's a personal photo that was not shared on Facebook or Instagram, since Meta replaces original EXIF information with their own tracking information. ModelMayhem preserves original metadata, so it could be from them. However, I'd guess the model uploaded it.
