I’d go for the scene from Short Cuts of Julianne Moore painting her friend, Madeline Stowe in the nude. Moore’s husband comes home and they all try to act normal as they talk despite the friend being naked. When the husband leaves the room, the two women burst out laughing.
Something similar actually happened to my wife when she was being photographed naked by a woman. They were interrupted by two strangers, both men walking in on them. The men froze in surprise at the sight of my wife in a full on nude pose standing facing them.
