We have been on holiday with my dad and step mum. On the beach we frequently went to, it was pretty normal for women to go topless. Both my wife and step mum went with the flow. My step mum is quite petite and has A cup tits with small nipples. I was surprised she went topless, as she is normally quite reserved in public.
