I have experienced similar things to the last few stories. The first I remember was a physical therapist I saw back in 2007 when I got injured jumping off the roof of a burning house that was starting to collapse. It was better than going through the roof into the fire. Anyway she was doing this thing where she was stretching my muscles. She would lean against me and her small but seemingly firm tits were pressing into my arm and or side. It was the only thing I looked forward to in the PT sessions. Plus one time she was wearing a loose sweater that would gape open when she leaned forward. She was wearing a very conservative bra though so I really did not see anything. She was super cute.
My dentist is a super short lady with short arms. When she sits and works on me her boobs touch my upper arm. Like someone said above, there is no mistaking that feel even if you cant really touch them.
There is a female medic on my fire department that when she takes a BP holds the patient's arm under her arm kind of so it presses against her chest. After a call where the elderly male patient was moving his arm up and down and squirming around in what was a thinly veiled attempt to feel her up, I said something to her about it. She said she knew exactly what she was doing but A. It is the position she finds the easiest for taking BPs and B. With some of the patients, especially elderly men, she wants to give them something to cheer them up. I told her I could use some cheering up which got a laugh and a glove playfully thrown at me.
