I have written about some of those moment. Little moments that are really quite huge. It always makes me wonder what they don't realize, what they do realize, and what doesn't bother them because it's part of the job to be leaning against and into people.

I was wonder during this appointment. I was naturally leaning away from her body and she told me several times to put my back against her body. No arguments from me, I guess I was in heaven not realizing my body was moving away from hers. My elbow never moved away from her breasts. In fact every time she had me breath in deeply my elbow would push further into her breast.
She must have known, how can she not know when my elbow is constantly moving against her breast. I'm just wondering if I was rubbing her nipple.
