I took a closer look at this GIF and it looks more like the man is pulling his own long sleeved white shirt over his head, perhaps to escape some rain falling overhead? Play the GIF a few times and decide for yourselves. But the white on his right arm doesn't look like her tank top (which doesn't move as she runs away from him).
