How Long Before I can reply to users
I had an old account under Superstar1 and have a new one as I could not longer log into the old one. I now cannot reply to folks that comment or direct message and I am wondering if it is because I am a new user and only have a couple pictures posted so far. How long does it take for the review by an administrator?
