To make sure your dad is still comfortable with everything maybe any touching would be playful like smacking her butt while she walks by or hugging her, well intended like helping her stretch or a friendly accident like she pretends to stumble and he catches her or she lands on him. Also you could make it fun like jumping around a corner flashing your dad to ‘scare him’ maybe even bump into him to cause some friendly incidental touching. She could ask for opinions on a henna tattoo in revealing area that would require whoever she was asking to see her closely/for awhile exposed or use that same idea with piercings. Or even working out or doing yoga with minimal/revealing clothes. Definitely think your brother would appreciate her friendly teasing too.
Regarding sending a picture or doing a video call maybe only do this if you’re comfortable your brother or dad will delete it if that’s what you want and maybe make that seem more accidentally at least first.
