They don't do it any more, but there used to be a Naked News type program with nude women reading news stories (there was actually a minor scandal over this, because for a while they had a nude woman doing sign language for deaf viewers, and the channel was receiving a government grant because of this. There was always a weather segment like this and it always went the same way - the girl would read the weather forecast, then offstage they would start blowing fans on her and throwing papers into the wind. Somebody would pull on some really obvious wires and pull the girl's breakaway clothes off, then after a while they'd start spraying her with water or sometimes with fake spray Christmas snow. The Paradise TV website used to have a video you could purchase of several of the girls doing the weather segment and then taking a shower afterward.
