I am 71 and could no longer get hard, but look into penile implants. Medicare pays for them and they make a massive difference in your life. I had an implant done in June and even when the implant is not inflated I am still hard enough to penetrate. When inflated you will be rock hard and as big as you were when you were 18. Now all of this is based on you being in the US and having Medicare. But the changes are amazing. If I wanted to be fully erect for a week then I can be fully erect for a week.
