That series of pictures is from the well known "topless karate" scene in the movie "Firecracker" starring Jillian Kesner. In that scene, she's lost her dress as part of her encounter with two thungs, and then her bra gets cut off during the final fight scene with the last surviving thug.
I mention the movie because later on in that same movie, there is another even BETTER clothes cutting scene where the male lead in the film (can't recall his name) and Ms. Kesner are in a romantic scene, and he proceeds to slice off all her garments with a sharp-edged kung-fu knife blade of some kind. Great scene. I think it's been posted somewhee here before, long ago.
