That is easy. Only one sauna world with a nude pool in Prague -
Aquapalace Čestlice. Several saunas inside with a pool where you can swim. Sauna and jacuzzi also outside. Nicely mixed, all ages. 10 minutes by bus from Metro stop.
There are many saunas all around Prague, I can share some tips (Saunaspot, Saunia...), but none with a swimming pool where you can be nude.
And same as in Germany and Austria, majority is shaved.
