According to my wife, when she wears a (sexy) bikini, guys keep looking/staring more/longer than when she is naked at the sauna.
Probably caused by the fact that when covered by cloth, guys keep hoping to see just a little more skin or maybe even a nipslip. They probably also take time to fantasize how she would look completely naked.
When walking around naked, all can be seen in 1 glance, so less need to keep on staring. Though she loves the glances on her naked body and the occasional knods of approval.
