This is called a tack bra. The bra has thumbtacks in the cup. I saw a video of a woman in Europe having it put on and it was extremely stimulating to watch it done.
My fantasy is to have a topless woman, watching the bra be prepared and sterilized and seeing her nervous about putting the bra on, as opposed to being nervous about taking the bra off.
