My parents literally never had sex after the day I was born because it caused some medical things, but my best friend's parents had sex all the time and didn't care who was around.
I remember staying at my friend's house for a few days during spring break during my first year of college.
My friend, his sister, and me (his sister was bored so she hung out with us and fell asleep in his room with us--I didn't mind!!) were all in my friend's room. I had to get up and go to the bathroom at like 1am, and my friend heard me and stopped me and said not to leave his room because his parents are probably having sex in some random place in the house.
I thought he was full of crap, so I left the room, and sure enough, his parents were having sex against the wall in the hallway.
I ran back to my friend's room and said what do I do? He literally had empty 2-liters of soda to use for the bathroom every night since he was a kid because he caught his parents doing it too many times.
So, I literally used the soda bottle to go to the bathroom while his sister had woken up and was laughing hysterically into a pillow. I asked what she does then, and she said her bedroom being downstairs isn't an issue.
It was so messed up looking back, but I didn't really understand back then, living in a bubble at that time and all.
His parents went on to do a bunch more messed up things. They have both passed on now, but man, it was weird. I stayed at his house as little as possible. (Although seeing his 18yo sister shower in front of a huge window while we were on the dock on the lake with 6 other people wasn't too bad. But that's for another time!)
