Thought I'd share a memory from many years ago related to this thread. While still in my early twenties, I attended a charity dance attended by mostly college-aged people. One of the attendees caught my eye immediately. She was a young perky brunette attired in a cute little black skirt almost like a skater's skirt. I thought to myself "Nice skirt, but there's no way she's not wearing shorts under that thing."
A few minutes later I found myself standing behind her in a registration line. She bent down to sign the registration form; and to my utter amazement and surprised delight her skirt rode up halfway up her behind to reveal genuine honest to god white panties, with lace trim on the leggings!
But it didn't end there. Oh no. Once the dance started, this young woman twirled and whirled her way across the dance floor, giving everyone in attendance an almost constant full view of her panties. I and every other guy there who may have been interested in such things sure got an eyeful. At one point, she came up to me and asked me to dance. This was a treat, but it had one major disadvantage: With her in close proximity to me, I couldn't see any upskirts from her! Oh well, I made sure that all the other guys on the dance floor got good views.
