The Privacy Policy indicates AI Mirror doesn't do facial recognition and they don't store photos. You upload the photo, they run it through the server and send you the result, and then they delete the photo.
Whether that is true or not, impossible to say unless you know someone that actually works there.
I'm typically very skeptical of third party apps, but I have to admit I've used it with some extremely saucy pics.
